We've been waiting and waiting; hoping and hoping; wishing and wishing! We've watched for the SnowBird, but he's not flying; we've worn our pajamas inside out with no luck; we've done snow dances and looked just plain silly! So . . . where's the snow?
Really? Thousands of feet (well, not exactly!) up north, and that's just not fair! Almost no snow for Tennessee this year! Temperatures have been cold -- too cold -- not to have a few snows! We've been robbed of a full snow day!
And then TODAY -- the ground hog saw its shadow, so there is to be SIX MORE WEEKS of winter! But will we have snow? It is quite disheartening! We need a break from school! (Yes, even the teachers!)

If we had a snow day I would lay down, and eat a lot of food. My dad would probably be upset that I would be laying around the whole day. The reality is I would probably have to do chores around the house because I am home all day.
ReplyDeleteIf we had a snow day, me and my sisters would go outside and play in the snow. We would make snow angels and make tiny snow men (if there is enough snow). We would play with our new puppies in the snow also and have lots of fun.

ReplyDeleteIf we had a snow day I would watch greys anatomy all day. I would also go on walk with my dog through the snow. If we had enough snow then I possibly would go sledding. That’s what I would do on my snow day.

ReplyDeleteIf we had a snow day I would sleep in and relax for a while. I also would go sledding with my brothers and attempt to make a snowman. Once we are done we will come inside and drink hot chocolate and sit by the warm fire. One of the best things about it is we will have a day off of school.
ReplyDeleteIf we had a snow day, I would invite my friend over and go play outside with her, my sister, and cousins. I would definitely enjoy the day out in the snow because it’s not very often that we get any! Once it gets dark , I would binge watch my show that me, my sister, and friend watch together for the rest of the night.
ReplyDeleteIf we had a snow day, I would probably go back to sleep. When I wake up I would go outside with my dog and enjoy the snow since it is rare. Then I would go back inside and sit in front of the fireplace with hot cocoa to warm up.

ReplyDeleteThere are lots I might do if we finally got to have a snow day. I would sleep in and enjoy a nice peaceful morning. Then, I would make some breakfast and watch some Netflix. I would also find somewhere cozy to read as well.
ReplyDeleteIf we had a snow day I’d definitely sleep in until like 12. Then, I’d probably drink some hot coffee and get back in bed. I’d watch lots of Netflix and sleep. If there was enough snow I’d go outside and play in it.
ReplyDeleteIf we had a snow day I would DEFINITELY go sledding. I love to sled. I would also go to my uncle’s house and try to get my dirt bike stuck in the snow.
ReplyDeleteIf I had a snow day, I know exactly what I would do. I would round up a few of my friends and take them to my grandfather's farm. I would then find a John boat to tie behind my four wheeler. I would put my friends in the boat. Then I would drag them around, trying to sling them off. That is what I would call a good snow day.
ReplyDeleteIf we were to have a snow day, I would do lots of fun things! First, I would probably wake up early and fix breakfast. Then, I would go get warm clothes on and ride the four wheeler in the snow! Next, I would go get my friends, and if there was enough snow, I would go sledding. Once it got dark, I would go inside and watch Netflix with my friends! That’s how I describe a good snow day!

ReplyDeleteIf we were to have a snow day, I would totally sleep in until around 9:30.I would then enjoy my day by getting some coffee and binge my Netflix show all bundled up in warm blankets. On snow days I'm not the most productive, but I am able to relax and decompress.
ReplyDeleteIf we were to have a snow day I would sleep until about 9:00 and then once I have woken up I would probably go out side and look at the snow. I also might go and hang out with friends if it were possible, and if not I would probably get some hot chocolate and watch Netflix all day.
ReplyDeleteIf or when we have a snow day, I would more than likely stay inside, and 100% sleep in. Plus near noon or evening, I would play in the snow, if we had enough for that like we did 5 or something years ago. I would also play games and write, because that sums up everything I do anyways. ΓωΓ
ReplyDeleteIf we were to have a snow day, I would probably wake up, make some hot chocolate, go and open up the window, and just sit and stare out the window. I would probably go outside and look for animals paw prints in the snow, and watch the neighbors dogs play in the snow. When it got too cold outside I would go inside and write for the rest of the day, maybe a poem about a winter animal in the snowy wild.

ReplyDeleteIf we were to have a snow day, I would’ve definitely gone sledding if there was enough. I would also make myself some hot chocolate of course and binge Netflix shows. A snowball fight would also have to happen if it snowed!
ReplyDeleteIf there was a snow day, I’d only go out for a little. Sledding is fun, but cold isn’t. It would be more enjoyable to be inside under a blanket watching festive movies honestly.
ReplyDeleteIf we got out for a snow day I would go out an ice skate on our pond. It doesn’t always fully freeze so if it didn’t I would watch Netflix and drink hot chocolate. Me and my sisters love making snow cream so that would be high on my list.
